Step 01 — Configuration

Initialize the judging session.

Accuracy is measured from elbow, hip and knee angles against the SEGA Master Blueprint — angle-based, so size, age and gender never affect the score. Execution (20) + Stability (10) + Awarded Base (difficulty × accuracy) form each pose total.

Mode & Athlete

Inclusive by design. Joint angles are identical for the same shape at any body size — a child and an adult of any gender are judged on the pose, not their proportions. Low-confidence landmarks are weighted, never discarded, so a child's perfect pose can't collapse to 0.

Engine & Scoring

Cloud tip: if your reference images won't load on-device (browser CORS), the Cloud engine scores them server-side — or add Access-Control-Allow-Origin on your image host, or upload references in the next step.
Step 02 — Routine

Compose the routine.

Pick a category, then an asana, for each slot. References analyze automatically; if one can't be read, upload a local copy or use the Cloud engine.

Calibration — detection check
Have the athlete stand naturally, facing the camera, fully in frame. We'll confirm the body is tracked cleanly before scoring — so a framing problem never costs a real asana.

Camera unavailable. Browsers grant the webcam only on a secure origin. Easiest fix: from this file's folder run python3 -m http.server 8000 and open http://localhost:8000/sega-v46-judge.html, then allow the camera. (Chrome blocks the camera on file://.)
